This Crumbl location has gone downhill very quickly. Two times this week I was able to order on the app, but when I showed up, the store was out of cookies and/or closed for maintenance. When I contacted Crumbl Customer Service, they informed me that they do not manage the franchise locations, and therefore have no control over the order form.

Fast forward to tonight, when I decided to give this location another chance. I ordered a three pack of miniature cookies in three different types. When I got home and opened the box, I was given 2/3 types I ordered, with one doubled. I am not sure if they ran out of the third type, but if they did, I was not informed. One of the cookies I did receive was so hard that I could not even bite into it.

I would recommend going to the Arlington Heights location instead of this one. They are far more consistent.

I usually check the order before I leave the store for pickup, but when I got home I got this. Very disappointed to say the least, and the Oreo cookie did not have the cheesecake frosting as advertised: someone thought it’d be okay to pass off buttercream. I don’t know if I will ever go back to this location in Buffalo Grove.. maybe to go in and get a refund since no one will answer the phone for refunds.

Great customer service, the ladies there are ao helpful! smells delicious, and cookies are amazing! This location is way better than the one in Arlington Heights here. At least they help you out and understand... had a bad experience at the Arlington heights location with their online system and them running out of things so had to drive tho this one and I'm definitely choosing this one over the AH location thanks staff here for being amazing

Stopped by at this location to get some cookies for my kid. The workers were very rude. One of them literally started swearing at another customer, in front of my kid. We decided to walk out without a purchase.

Anyone who knows me, knows I’m obsessed with these cookies! The changing menu weekly is what keeps people hooked - if it was just a standard cookie place, I probably wouldn’t be as into it. The novelty behind the changing menu is what’s exciting. Happy they opened this location (or maybe not! Lol) since it’s so much closer to my house vs. the Schaumburg location.

The cookies are so fresh and filling! The service is fast and it smells amazing in the store! The staff are so kind and always have my cookies fresh made I love everything about this cookie shop!

I have ordered deliver 3 times. Twice they have messed up my order, but thankfully as I don't have allergies, we figured it out. The third time the cookies were never delivered. We never had issues with the Northbrook location, so that's where we will go from now on.

The atmosphere of all of the Crumbl locations is somewhere between uncomfortable, awkward, and creepy.

I was happy to see how steady business was for opening weekend. People were capitalizing on both the self-serve kiosk and ordering directly at the register. The line moved quickly and orders were being prepared within a few minutes.

These are by far the best cookies I’ve had in a long time. The photo doesn’t do them justice; these things were large enough to easily share amongst three of us. They were served warm, as described. We plan on being back, especially to see what new is offered as the cookies offered are to change each week.
