Cashier was very friendly, nice atmosphere in restaurant, the fish, chicken and hush puppies were best I’ve had from LJS for years. French fries were not very good, not very tasty. Very satisfied with my meal.

I ordered and went to wash my hands. By the time I left the restroom my food was already done and fresh!!! I haven’t had LJS in forever so I had to grab some when I saw it (never seen one connected to a KFC. So I was intrigued) I ordered a 3 fish dinner(ate the hush puppies and a fish before remembering to take a picture) the food was very tasty and just like I remembered. I hate they switched to the tarter packets, they aren’t as good as the cups but food was still delicious and fresh and the inside was very clean. Thank you for this experience.

Pot holes and bad service are pretty standard at these places. But the service here is UNBEATABLE. Truly. The guy at the window has been there forever and that crazy voice... IS A REAL PERSON! Iykyk. You gotta go to understand.

I had a coupon for Long John's Silver. Had not eaten LGS in several years. I like to cook and I rarely eat out. I entered the building, saw no LGS sign and went back outside. Confused I looked at the drive through window menu and confirmed that LGS was sold inside so I went back inside. You must walk up to the counter to see a LGS sign and menu which is kind of hidden on the right. The fish was great. The chicken tenders had no taste at all but I'll eat anything and so I ate everything. Hush puppies and fries were really good. Cole slaw is average and a little dry. I did get a free drink for having grey hair which I appreciated.

Food was fresh, lobby was cleanish, lady argued with me when I didn't get my full order. Had to take my plate to the counter to prove it. Ridiculous. Going to argue with a customer over missing fries?

Sent in bad review and never got a response from anyone. I guess lack of service goes higher than the help at drive through.
