The gas pumps do not work properly. Seems fraudulent to me as they just push you off to an 800 number to get any discrepancy resolved. Today I spoke with the manager who didn't bother to even come look at the pump with me to see the issue. No they weren't busy so he had time to look into it. After collecting the 800 number that he did not offer, I had to ask for it, I went and took a picture of the screen. I came back to show him the problem that it showed 6 gallons when the receipt he gave me said 8. I reiterated that what we see at the pump does not match what we are being charged. I have no way to verify if I git the 8 gallons since the pump said 6. This happened to me before and when I called the 800 number they said I must have selected the wrong grade (which happened to be over $4 per gallon) when I know I did not then they told me sometimes the cord lays on the wrong button and selects it. Very convenient for them to collect over $4 per gallon with this answer. I would not trust this place. They seem to have ongoing issues with the pumps that you can't verify and if you don't do the math WHILE pumping you can get ripped off with no refund. You can see from the main road they regularly have bags over the handles of the pumps. I encouraged them to not let the next customer use the pump I had trouble with for that reason but they didn't say they were going to honor that request which is even further suspicious to me as that should be the first thing to do once a customer reports trouble with proof in a picture.

Update: I received a response asking me to call an 800 number (see response in this message trail). This is putting the issue onto the customer to spend more time & effort to fix their issue. I've reported enough information in person and in writing with pics attached for them to investigate on their own which is what the manager told me he was going to do anyway. This is passing the buck to make it look like they want to address the problem. This further confirms suspicious activity. If they have time to address this on social media they had time to address it today when it was reported in person.

INSIDE- the store was clean and well maintained. They appeared to be short staffed and employee was working alone so there was understandably a line but he took care of everyone quickly with a smile. OUTSIDE- a different story!...There must be a large homeless population in that area because there were 3 people pan-handling in the parking lot/ car wash area and 2 by the entrance. A woman's purse was stolen out of her car while she was pumping gas in the few short mins I was there... in broad daylight!! Made me nervous for the employee working alone!!

Driven here THREE times for milkshakes, but they won’t make them because they are short staffed. Definitely won’t be returning.

I stop by regularly to this location and normally get good service. Last night, however, I was treated terribly by the staff. I came in the store to purchase chocolate milk and a tobacco product as well as paying for gas. As I approached the counter three employees are standing there talking. They continue talking as the young man scanned my milk and proceeded to try and total it. I had to speak over their conversation which included several inappropriate words and was clearly a personal conversation. I asked for my tobacco product and then said and I also need 20 on pump 6. The guy rang my tobacco then TURNED AROUND and continued talking to the ladies. I was getting upset at this point because I just wanted to pay and leave, not listen to their conversation. So he finally turns around and asks for my ID, doesn't actually look and just scans it and my upriver card. Then keeps talking to his coworkers. He says finally to me in ready for you to pay. I said well I'm not, I asked for 20 on 6. He says oh I'm sorry, I'm tired. So I could no longer be patient and told him if he would stop talking to his coworkers for just a minute he would have heard what I said. THEN one of the young ladies looked right at me and said You don't have to be rude!! I mean it's she serious?!! I am a customer who was just ignored by THREE employees so they could continue a personal, inappropriate conversation. So I said well clearly I do. That level of blatant disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. I was a lot more polite than I could have been

Just paid $9 for their most expensive car wash and this is what my car looks like. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I didn't expect a ton, but for my car to look cleaner after it rains is really sad.

The only reason this store is still in business is because of its convenient location to Walmart. That's literally all it has going for it. Their pumps don't work half the time to pay at the pump or access your rewards card, and at LEAST 3 times a week they close hours before scheduled. don't waste your time.
