I requested my white chocolate mocha coffee to be sweetened a LOT (more than it was previously) It still was barely sweet. It would be nice to have more breakfast items than just muffins. The best thing about Human Bean is the workers are always nice!

My drink I have been ordered here for years and it has been good but they never get my drink right anymore especially since before November so I stop going and I usually will come back and try it for a week and it just keeps getting worse. I have tried many ways for them to get it right. I also just realized I could see what they marked down as my drink and add ins in the app and now I know why my drink is always wrong. What I am asking to be in or on my drink is not what is being done. I am not one to complain but I think I will try another location possibly because the girls at this location only care about socializing and they don’t have active listening skills. Maybe they do it to certain people idk. I alway try to smile , be friendly, I say please and thank you. I tip but when my drink is 7.00 a 2.00 tip is fine. On the weekends when home my coffee is better when I make it myself! I loved the Human Bean but poor service and the girls messing up all the time on my order is just disheartening for sure! I work with people myself everyday. All I wanted was to spoil myself with a cold brew coffee with some simple request for it like heavy cream and a syrup and real Carmel and whip on top and they are adding some powder stuff to my drink that was not asked for and or are adding not the syrup I asked for among other things ! How hard is it to add what is asked. I even have sent my daughter with it written down and gave her my phone to scan for rewards or at and it still shows wrong. What if I was allergic to something they added because they did not make it the way they were asked and it put me in the hospital. That’s a legal issue these girls are putting people in. They need to be more mindful of this playing around with someone’s life is not good.

Love my experience every time i visit this location. Always greeted with a fun and friendly vibe and the people working there are always so nice and it is very comforting to be taken care by people who love their job. As a regular the Baristas know my order when i come to the window and Kaden is such a people person and is a joy to see in the morning they way they greet me with a smile and a hello. The Coffee is always great and keeps me going through my work day, and the food is delicious if i miss breakfast. Love this location.

The service is great. Coffee is beyond horrible. Ordered latte with extra shot and it tasted like Coffee flavored water. They use extremely low quality espresso. I had them remake it because I was convinced they forgot the espresso and it came out the same. Employees are top notch but not their fault they have to make drinks with poor ingredients. And making them ask for tips is a really bad business model and very awkward for both parties.

Ok this shout out goes to my favorite Barista Amanda, at my South McCarran shop. I can’t remember the name she gave this delicious green tea and mango concoction for my Birthday Drink but it is my new favoriteI will be ordering it again and again…

Little slow, girls running the location spent about 5min talking with a friend at the drive through after giving them their drinks... drinks were great! Java chip is my favorite.

So if you do come out into a human being, expect to wait, there’s always a good sign because where there’s good service there’s usually a line the coffee here is pretty standard what I ordered was the Irish blended coffee drink with some add-ons and I got her a blended Matcha with some add-ons as well. If you wanna know what those are you gonna have to follow me on Instagram, Izzy gave us world class drive through Customer Service. She smiled the whole time and was fully stoked to prepare our beverages.

Fair prices, amazingly friendly staff, and great variety on the menu. It’s the Dutch Bros. of Reno. The liege waffle was really disappointing, but you get a chocolate covered espresso bean with your drink!
