Went here for service for my vehicle, and Victor took care of me and helped me through every step of the way, quickly addressed issues, and was efficient at his job as a service advisor.

I cannot speak for the mechanics/technicians yet, but hopefully they’re as great as Victor! (This is a real review)

Although the service representatives were unimpressive, I give the dealership 5 stars due to the manager and technicians' exceptional service. My F-150 truck was finally addressed properly on my third visit. #ServiceSalesRepresentatives

Jerry and his team did an outstanding job replacing the engine on my Shelby GT350. The car was using oil at what seemed to be a excessive rate. I had been to a different dealer and explained my concern but the previous dealer made the process extremely difficult. Jerry was willing to help from day one and took my complaint seriously. He walked me through the process upfront and was very easy to work with. We did the consumption test and Ford approved a new motor under warranty.

When the engine arrived, I was impressed with how fast the work was complete. It took less than a week to have the new engine installed and have my car returned. There was one issue with a part that was replaced, but Jerry once again was more than willing to help make it right and replace the part to the correct one for me.

I only had the car for a couple months before it went away for the winter, but I did not had any mechanical problems driving. Since this was a major repair, I was very impressed that the engine replacement was done flawlessly. This is the only place I would recommend bringing a Ford to for service.

Brought my car in today for an oil change on the advice of my son and he is right my was taken in on the time of my appointment and the work was done quickly and the price was fair without up charges. The service writers are knowledgeable handled the paperwork quickly and accurately. I think we are all looking for auto service shop just like this one.

Did a 60k maintenance one month ago for my 2016 Lincoln MKX, spent almost 3k for the entire service, including replacing one flat tire. After getting the car back, sounds from the infotainment system became weird. However, since it was recently serviced I assumed it was an intermediate issue and eventually would fix itself. I was wrong on that. Soon the power lift gate stopped working. This was around 1 or 2 weeks after the service. I thought I just had bad luck. I visited the site again and was told both the battery and the latch needs to be replaced, with a total cost of 1k. I agreed to pay for the repairs and got my car back. Now today, a few weeks after the battery replacement, I found my batter is completely dead again. The person came for road assistance told me the battery is refurbished and he couldn’t find manufacture date on it.

I am not a car expert, and usually I trust what the expect tells me. I encountered two low chance events within in one month:
1) After a costly maintenance with battery fully tested, the battery died in 2 weeks
2) Replaced the battery and re-tested, the battery died again in a few weeks

I didn’t complain anything when 1) happened and still gave them my full trust. However, when 2) happened, I think either the technicians here don’t have the skills to perform their jobs, or they lied. Once I found I could no longer trust them, I began to doubt other things like the $700+ repairs on the power lift gate - if it really needs a replacement, or it will back functioning after the battery replaced?

I had the vehicle since 2016 and I never ran into any big issues. I usually went to the QuickLane in Libertyville for services until recently switched here due to the distance, and I began to run into all sorts of issues. For a custom who spent almost $4000 and still got a non-functional vehicle on a special day like Thanksgiving, this is completely not acceptable to me.

At this moment while I write down this comments, I am waiting in their lobby for the battery to be replaced again. Good news is that the cost is covered by warranty. However I have zero confidence on their battery health report and unsure if this time the battery will last longer.

The service is always good at this dealer. Brought the car in for an oil and filter change and to find an annoying rattle that would appear when the car was hot. They called early in the afternoon and said they found out what was rattling, unfortunately it was an expensive clamp on the exhaust. That's really my only complaint is that the prices are high when things are done at the dealer. $149 for a synthetic oil change is a little steep, but everything was fixed in a day, so all is good.

I made an appointment for 3 recalls and 1 CSP. Dropped of my F-150 2021 for repairs. Later that day I received a call from my service advisor that I can pickup my car... turns out 2 out of 3 recalls were fixed and 0 CSP... one recall wasn't fixed due to part not being in stock. I made an appointment week ahead how is that part wasn't order or why wasn't I informed prior to dropping of my car? Also I have no idea if missing part was ordered or not and if anyone will call me. No clear communication. in addition to recall the CSP 22B08 wasn't done because "ford programming is a mess". I contacted Fords about it and they said detail instruction and software was released to dealers they not sure why this wasn't done. they gave me list of other dealers in the area. I'm willing to revised my review once my outstanding recall and CSP gets fixed. 6/6/22 7:40am appointment.
