Purchased a bat from the store thinking the store to be reasonably priced. But later was surprised when I found out that they are charging an additional 50% over the price of the bats. For my case, the bat I bought for 4000 was actually priced 2600 in online and offline shops. Highly disappointed. I have doubts of this being a genuine product also.

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. While I was pleased with the quality of the cricket bat I purchased, I encountered significant dissatisfaction with the behavior of one of your staff members.

During my visit, I was attended to by a particular staff member whose conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my interest in exploring different cricket bats, the staff member displayed a dismissive attitude and made derogatory remarks suggesting that I was not capable of playing cricket. This behavior not only left me feeling insulted but also deeply disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

As a customer, I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their level of expertise in a particular sport. The conduct of your staff member fell far short of these expectations and has greatly tarnished my perception of your establishment.

I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that all your staff members adhere to the standards of professionalism and customer service that are expected of them. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with assurance that measures will be implemented to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

Good place! I bought a jersey. Great Quality. But their behavior & hospitality is not good!
Scratch that! Today one uncle helped me while buying gloves!

But sadly cricket equipments of various colours aren't available ?! I request B. Dasgupta to kindly look into this issue ?. Thanks .
