I love this location of Barnes and Noble at FIU. The service here is amazing, especially the manager Erica. Erica deserves the highest recognition possible. She helped me out tremendously with an unforeseen circumstance, and provides exceptional and amazing service. Responded to all my questions, very very well. She also has a lot of knowledge about FIU, and was able to navigate me very very well. She knows about panther book pack, and was able to provide very effective tips. Erica was able to tell me how the packages work in tuition, and was able to provide an amazing overview. I have never been so impressed with this type of service, Erica has the best customer support skills, I have ever seen! I am blown away by all the support and knowledge she has. Extremely helpful, and the service is very good at this location.
