My wife and I had a 5-star shopping experience with Shen-san (沈) today. She took the initiative to approach my wife to offer help. Seeing that we were not proficient with the Japanese language, she promptly asked if we preferred speaking in Chinese or English. That simple gesture made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Besides being helpful and patient, we were engaged through friendly banter. Upon seeing that there was some tax redemption issue, she stepped up to help resolve the situation with the cashier.

Shen-san is a store super star and a model for all salespersons. Beams is very lucky to have such a staff member.

Happy wife walked out with a dress, a couple of limited edition t-shirts and a Beams carry bag.

土曜日の夜にこの店の前を通ったら、クラブようなことをしていて、公道まで人が溢れており、歩行者が来ているのに避ける素振りもなく、むしろ通るのを遮る様に広がり、非常に邪魔で迷惑でした。非常識だと思います。そのようなことをするのであれば、きちんと来場者の管理をしてください。次にあったら通報します。

The sales person 瀨田 s got a very bad and extremely rude attitude. Shouldn’t be qualified as a sale at all. I have been shopping at beams for a very long time. This will be my last time visiting at any beams stores again. Very disappointed in your sales service.
