I bought a pair of glasses online, and they had a promotion buy 1 get 1 free. I got the Becky IV and Becky II, and I loved them! The process was easy to do online, I ordered on 09/08/2024. I got the 2 pairs for the price of 1 because of the promotion, but I also added prescription and the photochromic lenses treatment on both pairs.
Well, when I received both pairs on 09/27/24, they were as pictured beautiful! But I did notice right away they didn't do the photochromic lenses treatment on either pair. I work 8am to 4:30 so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and I stayed outdoors for over 30mins wearing both glasses at different days same hour and nothing. May I also add that one of the pairs was distorted on the temples and hinges.
I reached out [email protected] on 10/16/24 and asked if they could make it right and refund me the extra $200 I paid but they emailed me they were going to replace my order and make it right.
Well, I just received my order today, 10/25/24. There was only 1 pair, and it does have the photochromic lenses treatment and my prescription, but I'm missing the pink pair. I was so excited because the person in the email said I was going to get my order redone, and only part of my order was done.
I gave 2 stars because glasses are beautiful, but I really wish it was done right to begin with.

I’m usually not the reviewing type, but my experience so far warrants one. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size glasses. I emailed them hoping they might be able to fix it. Not only did they email me back the next morning, they refunded my money within minutes so I could purchase the glasses I wanted. Their customer service has been ? on point! The fact that I know I’m talking to a real person and not a ? is very comforting. I would recommend DIFF on their amazing communication alone. I can’t wait to update my review as soon as my glasses come in. If they are anything like their customer service, I know I will be 100% satisfied.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my purchase and Diff is unable to provide a tracking number for my order. I spent a few hundred on rx Provressives that I have zero faith I will receive. I kind of need these to SEE. ?
This is my buyer beware notice. Good luck out there. Shopping local seems to always be the best bet.

Placed an rx order on Sept 6. On Sept 13 I received an email stating that a lab error caused my sunglasses to go out without polarizing tint, but not to worry, the correct glasses and lenses would be remade and I could expect them in 2-3 weeks. On Tues Oct 8 I called to check on my glasses since I still had not received the correct glasses nearly 4 weeks after the email saying 2-3 weeks and one month and one day after placing my original order. I was told that the new order wasn't put in until Sept 26, nearly 2 weeks after I was told "not to worry." When I asked how could I be certain I'd get anything now, I was told that the rep from rx was on her lunch break, but would call me within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours and no phone call. I attempted to call this morning and got no answer. I am thoroughly disappointed in Diff. This was my first order with them, and it will certainly be my last. Mistakes happen, I get that, orders get lost, I get that too, but lousy customer service AND multiple mistakes (wrong glasses sent AND a lost reorder) are a bridge too far.
Edit hours later-
About 1 hour after writing this, I recieved an email from a representative. That representative claimed to have attempted to call me and was unable to leave a voice mail. I suspect this was dishonest, as I have no missed calls in my call log, and there is no reason a voice mail would have failed. That said, the email contained tracking information that indicated the glasses would be delivered today, which they were. Unfortunately, the rush job on the lenses seems to have resulted in the wrong rx. I'm going to have to have them checked. I would attempt a refund, but have doubts as to whether I'd ever actually get one based on the poor customer service I have received. I'm going to keep the frames and have new lenses cut. Please consider this experience before ordering. Not one single aspect of this purchase experience was positive.

I have ordered several pairs of sunglasses from this company over the last couple of years, and just recently ordered a new pair of prescription glasses from them. Their customer service team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right with your order, and if it’s not, they do everything they can to fix it efficiently and appropriately, especially Hailey D.! I ordered the prescription version of the Anakin sunglasses from Diff. I mistakenly ordered the wrong lens type and did not realize until they showed up! I emailed Diff support and was BLESSED with Grechelle!! She very promptly answered all my questions and setup the exchange/return for me - making it extremely easy! She was amazing with her quick and detailed answers. I genuinely have not had a customer experience like this is quite sometime from online shopping. She made everything right and did not get annoyed with all my repetitive questions and multiple emails - she is a gem and I am so happy she is the one who assisted me! One of the reasons Diff is DIFFerent than the rest! Thank you so much Grechelle!

Love their glasses and their concept. Had problem with two pairs out of four. Customer support was responsive to my issues and when I sent pictures, they agreed to replace the two pair. Will continue to support Diff Eyewear and hope these two pair I am receiving soon will not have the issues the other two did. Wonderful customer service and glasses are so cool.

They do not have easy returns. I ordered two pair and could only return one. No explanation of why I couldn't return the other or notice when I purchased. Frames feel really heavy on my nose. They charge a restocking fee of 9.99. Really disappointed and the owner of a pair of sunglasses I do not like.
