Recently enquired about renting here. Management and staff very helpful and informative.
Viewed property, very beautiful apartment, spacious flats for one person. Perfect location for needs and ample communal area where I can book to conduct teams meeting etc.

Rental process very smooth sailing and easy, management helped with queries I was confused about.
Any issues were resolved in timely manner.

Would 100% recommend for working professionals, location is great, short walk to Harrow bus station and tube station and views from property beautiful. Staff onsite till late to help with queries, felt very welcomed.

Moving houses is stressful but it has been rather stress free 😁

Amazing place, friendly and always supportive concierge and management staffs! Great location with good views of the hill. Closer to the station and shopping malls. Just completed a 6 months stay here. Would love to stay more, just switching rentals for professional reason! I would definitely recommend Diff_Rent to all!

Living at Diff-rent Building has been an incredible experience! The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. AK at the concierge makes such a difference, he’s incredibly kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond every single day. It’s rare to find someone so hardworking and genuinely invested in making residents feel comfortable. The management team also deserves a huge credit for keeping everything running smoothly and always prioritizing residents’ needs. I’m so glad to call this place home! Fantastic management team, offers the best support & hospitality. I would highly recommend this property and managers especially Luis, Paulina, Sufyaan and supporting staff.
The property landlords Irfan and Marin are very cooperative and kind enough to make the overall living experience smooth and homely.
A1 class facilities such as the gym, game room, theatre, co-working area, silent library and social room indirectly give you the feeling that you are living in an extended bungalow!

Really convenient and well-managed. The building is close to the station (just about 5 mins walk) and two shopping centres. There is a wide range of amenities within the building and the concierge/ management team has always been very efficient and kind. Highly recommend!

Please, if you’re considering staying here, think twice! I was a tenant at Diff-Rent for 6 months, and it was a nightmare. The service is horrendous and the rent is outrageously expensive, especially for the tiny, cramped living space you get. The fans make loud, disturbing noises at night, and the entire building has an unpleasant smell. The windows barely open, making it feel more like a prison than a home.

Throughout our stay, we experienced a complete lack of organization from management. We were overcharged and even had to pay for an extra month due to their inefficiency. Despite being a new building, the management's standards are severely lacking. They advertise plenty of activities throughout the year, but that’s false advertising—the few activities they do have are poorly organized and disappointing.

If you’re moving to London, I can assure you there are far better and more affordable options elsewhere. Avoid this place if you can!

Location is really good, Harrow town centre just on door step, local tescos and shops to do local groceries within walking distance
