High end artisanal place with some fancy selector chocolates. The cafe food is regular fare. Their very popular hot chocolate was very decadent and rich. Certainly worth it. But I am giving 4 stars as when we came with my son and daughter we were met with the smell of smoke and nicotine. Good place but needs little improvement.

Had breakfast/brunch at Fonce and was throughly impressed with the 4 star quality experience on offer.

Getting here isn't too hard, but will need Google Maps navigation if you're not familiar with the area. It's just next to Farzi cafe. Parking will potentially be tricky as they don't have dedicated space but the valet will handle that.

You'll be impressed with the interior decor, replete with greenery. The outdoor area in particular is gorgeous and perfect for deep impactful conversations (held a mentoring session from 8.30am to 11.30am). The space offers privacy and you can have excellent conversation for sure. The restroom is well done as well. Outdoors seating has no back rest so you'll need to find a way to keep comfortable.

The staff service was high quality. Professional and courteous, they ensure you have your space. You must try their elaborate breakfast combo - both veg and non veg are excellent and serve 2. Just look at the pictures! They look and taste gorgeous. You'll love the cinnamon rolls, cheese and mushroom omlet, French toast, banana smoothie and what not.

The hot chocolate in particular was phenomenal. It is subtle in flavor, not overloaded with sugar, with perfect consistency (not runny or milky) and delectable! I will rate it on par with the Aaromale cafe one. One of the best in Hyderabad, if not the best.

The bill was obviously expensive, coming in at 1.8k INR (post Zomato discount) but definitely worth it. You must try this place and if you have money to spare - have their breakfast combo as many times as you want.

Their breakfast is great! I've been on two occasions and ordered different items each time to sample the variety. The portions are sumptuous, taste is just about right and presentation is good. I also went a third time during a hot summer evening and ordered a hot chocolate, a definite departure from my usual coffee order. I did not regret it for a second.

Staff: always polite and smiling. Informs promptly if an item is unavailable or if there's a possible delay.

Ambience: Outdoor seating is peaceful, amidst huge planters. Good even for summer mornings.

Pricing: Food is priced at standard rates, the chocolates are expensive.

I sampled their chocolates, the assorted nuts in a jar and they were delectable. They have great gifting options, something to go with your invites or as party favors.

Fonce is a beautiful place with indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is decorated with pretty plants and creatively mapped seating area. Their breakfast menu is quite good and desserts are obviously yummy. Dark chocolate mandarain looks amazing but don’t try it if you’re not someone who can take dark chocolate?. Loved the crème brûlée and cookie n ice cream?

It was a pretty place with an inviting ambience, outdoor seating was unique. They had a decent collection of desserts on display. Since it was a quick catchup with friends post lunch, we only had beverages. I had the hazelnut cold coffee, wasn't very impressive. It was a good place to hangout though. Might visit later to try out their food

Fonce is a gem. Primarily a chocolaterie serving cafe fare too with the aesthetics oozing a lovely chic vibe. Boho elements interspersed with landscaping n seating to suit the design different in different corners, this place seems like a passion project that definitely delivers.

Food n coffee is on point. Desserts are delectable. Service is polite and knowledgeable. Price points perfect for this experience.

Rating it a solid 4.5.
