I've never been to the headquarters of Gator Music. However I admire their policies regarding protection and resolution of theft of personal effects. They've got the finest guitar cases for preventing theft.

Dave really came through on setting up an electric guitar for me which has made me immensely happy. During my stops in, I noticed that, for an identical price, he also stocked the same digital interface I had ordered from the internet; I am in love with the idea that I can just go in and buy the equipment I want in the same day and simultaneously support a fellow local, so I just bought his and have a return label ready for the other when it gets here. I have to follow up with upgrading into a set of better headphones, but for the first time in what seems like ages, I am plugged in and by golly it feels MAGICAL. Thanks again, Dave—you were entirely professional and I sincerely appreciate your work and your being there!

I’ve never been to Dave’s store but spoke with him over the phone regarding a potential purchase. He seems like a stand up guy to me. Answered my questions and he was willing to accommodate me on shipping. Try that with a “Big Box Store”. So I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. People get their feelings hurt way too easy anymore. I’ll definitely stop by Gator Music the next time I’m in Naples, Fl and make a purchase.

I’ve visited this store a few times now, almost always on the fly. Although I am not in Naples for long periods of time, I keep a (relatively inexpensive) guitar there, should I want to play. Unfortunately, given lengthy periods the instrument sits, there is often a problem. The gentleman at Gator Music is always very helpful and does a great job fixing the problem in an efficient and cost-effective manner. A very nice guy to boot!

This place is amazing!! All the people owning and operating are great people!! Always there to help lend a hand with great prices! You won’t regret going here. Their hearts are all about music. Please do yourself a favor and go here for any music or instrument needs. They helped fix my guitar and get it back to playing mode!!!

Stopped in the store on a business trip as it looked interesting online. Glad I did -- the owner is quite knowledgeable about his merchandise and was a pleasure to talk to. I bought a couple of pedals that I hadn't seen before. I would recommend and would definitely come back.
