phoned up to get a quote for some parts was quoted £750 but he needed to check stock for one of the parts so told me to ring back in 20 minutes. Phoned up 20 minutes later He now wants £1200 for the same parts! Couldnt find the parts anywhere else so went ahead with the order. couple hours later i get a call saying they want an extra £100 for the parts as a staff member forgot to price up 1 item. shambles to say the least… Anyways Was in desperate need of the parts so set off to collect them Asked for them all to be ready as had a 3 hour drive one way, When i arrived non of the parts were ready and 2 items wasnt even in stock! was stood waiting around for another 2 hours wasted full day Receptionist must have thought He was rocky balboa screaming “what what” When i complained about Him confirming the parts being in stock When they wasnt and he Wasnt even going to knock the missing parts off the bill till i complained again as he claimed the parts i was paying for were cheap enough! Absolute shambles of a company
