Absolutely horrible customer service. Both my mom and fiance were treated like they were not “good” enough to be a Manish Malhotra client, despite purchasing a lehenga from there. After reaching out to them multiple times across multiple platforms, I have still not received a reply. This treatment is constant across at both their Delhi and Mumbai stores. From the customer they received, it seems to me that the staff at Manish Malhotra will discriminate against you if you don’t look, dress, or act a certain way.

If you want to be treated badly by a snooty old lady and her staff despite purchasing lakhs of stuff, only then visit here (i dont know if she is still there now she was the manager i guess of the store)
She somehow thinks she is manish malhotra herself but hey lady you are NOT. However high a position you may be at you still WORK for him and he’s the one earning crores not you 🙂
So drop the attitude and learn how to treat customers and teach your staff the same.. i can see by the other reviews you guys are screwing up the brand’s name royally since years…
Sad to say but i have purchased stuff from this store.. but stopped after the pathetic experience over there not once but twice..

I went on Google review, thinking that I was going to write about what a negative experience we had at the store when we went to look for a bridal outfit for my daughter. I was surprised to find out that there are so many complaints about how awful the attitude of the staff is, obviously the designer Mr. Manish Malhotra does not care because if he cared to read the reviews he would have done something about it. I am surprised to find out that there has been so many complaints and I’m only here to second the fact that they are true because I went through the same experience with my daughter. The staff is rude. the staff is unwelcoming . Zero starsWe left the store without even trying out one single outfit. We ended up going to Shyamal Bhumika and by God what a beautiful experience that was. the staff at Shyamal Bhumika went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed helped us out so much with knowledge expertise. Just a beautiful experience all over. I will never ever buy or recommend anybody buy a Manish Malhotra outfit. It seems like they are too big and too egoistic to want to deal with the common man Or woman.

Had an awful experience visiting the store on 16th October 2021. My family and I flew from Dubai to visit the Mumbai store for the first time hoping to find a beautiful outfit. We went sometime in the afternoon and were not provided with any assistance whatsoever. The staff were unprofessional, impolite and very dismissive. Their behaviour was quite appalling and put us off from shopping there. Ended up getting a beautiful outfit from Gaurav Gupta. Would definitely not encourage my friends to go there either. When you buy an outfit or product, the purchasing experience carries heavy weight when deciding whether or not to go ahead with your purchase. In this case, Manish Malhotra's store was a sordid disappointment.

Wouldn’t comment on the designs but felt unwelcome from the moment my mom and I stepped in....the quality of their service and attitude is clearly dependent on how they size you up from head to toe in the first few seconds of you entering their store, or maybe it’s intentionally designed that way to keep their brand exclusive and accessible to a select few but in that case they should have an appointment-only consultation to avoid an unpleasant experience for folks they don’t wish to entertain.

I was looking for an outfit for one of my wedding party events and like any 90s kid who’s grown up watching Hindi Cinema, Manish Malhotra is synonymous with glam for me and I would’ve loved to pick up an outfit from here just for the sake of it but the experience was a total turn off

Don’t want to malign the designer or quality of clothes in any way since I never got a chance to really experience that but would definitely never want to step into the store again and just a suggestion to management to get creative about how to maintain exclusivity without being disrespectful

Designers Manish malhotra Sabyasachi Tarun tahiliani got no attitude but store staff thinks they are celebs and ppl are dying to meet them lolz no idea why such high end designers r taking no action towards their rude dumb staff as they think ppl will anyways come to their stores as its most hyped celeb stores lol... dumb designers grow up as a human first then design
