bought what they advertised as "Hose / Faucet Adapter - Stainless Steel" what i received is a danco # 10513 faucet/garden hose adapter which is CHROME PLATED BRASS NOT STAINLESS STEEL. stainless steel wouldn't come with a prop 65 low lead warning. i got a response saying that the old inventory was stainless steel and that they would correct the wording on the site. im not going to bother with the hassle of returning the item 3* for quick shipping -2* for the inaccurate site item description. if you buy from them i would highly reccomend emailing/calling them to verify item specifics before you buy in case there are other inaccuracies.

I recently converted my 10g brew kettle from NPT to 1.5" Tri-Clamp, using weldless bulkheads, but was having a heck of a time finding the right dip tubes to use for pickup and whirlpool.

I reached to several different places, and Jay was the first (and only) to get back to my specific questions, even taking the time to grab part from his ship, then testing the fit with parts on-hand.

He verified that his Bru Gear Gen 2 Dip Tube would fit just fine. I totally had piece of mind knowing this was going to work for me.

I just received both items and they fit perfect! I am back up and running and could not be happier. I am definitely going to be purchasing more items in the future, and will highly recommend NorCal to all my brewing friends!

A quick note to say thanks to Becky for her advice. I have an old pressure barrel from the UK and replacement parts are not possible to find in the US. I was hoping to make a modification to it. After patient and informative call with her it is probably best to not make the modification. Although I didnt make a purchase this time, I will be sure to look up NorCal next time I buy brewing supplies. Thanks

Since there is no extraction equipment stores in the Redding area. I came to Norcal brewing solutions. they have a good amount of products on hand. They had everything I was looking for at a fair price. I did have to settle for a standard clamp and not the high pressure one I prefer.little surprised they can not get them. I forgot to ask the woman that help for her name. She was very nice and helped me be in and out in about five minutes. I will check with them next time for parts before ordering on line.

Drove 150 miles with 10k to buy a big system. When I got there couldn't figure out who even worked there when I did he wasn't much help. I asked how much for a full system and he never added it all up for me, then told me they didn't have any fermenters and couldn't tell me when he could get one. Then proceeded to tell me that I didn't want a stainless steel one anyway that I should use a oak Barrel. So I walked out with my 10k never to return.
