They took the time to understand my needs, offered a wide selection of stylish frames, and provided expert advice to help me choose the perfect pair. The eye exam was thorough and efficient, and my new glasses were ready on time. I highly recommend for their excellent customer service and high-quality products. Wow, all the positive reviews here are definitely valid because my experience with the staff here were beyond expectations.

I walked in a bit nervous about pricing on frames and additions I’d like to add on to my lenses. Gordon got right into it by printing out what my insurance covers, walked me through the math and also took his time helping me find the right frame. Right frame, a price I can work with and the style I asked for.

Definitely will be coming back.

I had a very positive and delightful experience visiting Premier Vision. Alex and his associates were very easy to work with, patient, tended to my needs and overall exceptional. Alex helped me find a pair of frames that I liked and specific to my liking. They explained to me the different styles and designs that they have available. I loved the fact that I could walk in, look around and select the frames I preferred to try on. Much easier than having to get an associate to pick frames one by one that are usually locked up in glass cabinets in other places. Overall an excellent experience and affordable prices. Thanks Alex and everyone at Premier Vision. I really appreciate you and your services. Will recommend to everyone 100 percent!!!!!

Came here for an eye exam and new glasses. They got a wide selection of glasses compared to most places, and customer service was excellent. They were patient when I took forever to pick out a pair of glasses cause i couldnt decide which one i wanted and even gave me some recommendations.

Premier Vision lives up to its name. I have been to many eye glasses shop but had a hard time finding Asian fit frames. They have a large selection of frames from Asian fit to brand name frames as well as affordable ones too. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They also accept almost most insurance.

This was my first time being a customer at this store. I chose this store because I was looking for a new eyeglass store in my neighborhood and this one looks very modern to me. As I entered the store, I explained to Alex what glasses I am looking for and he suggested some glasses that would fit my needs. I would then get my vision checked with the Optometrist and she gave me a prescription that improved my vision as my vision went slightly higher than before. During the payment process, he explained to me the financial costs I would have to pay out of pocket and the amount my insurance would cover. After 1-2 weeks, I was able to pick up my new pair of eye glasses. As I was trying out the new glasses, Alex adjusted my glasses so it looks good on me. I really appreciate Alex's help in getting me a new pair of glasses!

Great selection of frames and the staff was attentive and excellent! I got a pair of prescription sunglasses and regular all day ones. They gave me just the right advice for me to select the perfect frames. Dr Christine was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Very happy with my purchase and I’ll be back for my next set of glasses and contacts.

Amazing service with a great selection of all types of glasses. They are attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly. They helped my gf pick a great pair and even repaired her old ones as well as helped her entire family. If you're looking for a glasses store in Brooklyn you gotta come here.
