I’ve worked with RCA before and would again for sure. They’ve worked on my wheels before. This time around I had brake caliper covers installed. Very good communication via email and over the phone. Alex and Adam took care of me, and even when I had a minor issue I was able to come back and they addressed it for me without question.

I had my Model X in there for replacement of the rear lower arms that was causing excessive inner tire wear.
Very knowledgeable staff, Andrew answered all my questions and concerns, price explained up front for parts and labor, no hidden charges, and the job was done as they promised.
I can't comment on the quality yet because this a job that you will see how was done in time. So far after 3k miles looks good, no more inner wear on the rear tires.
I will strongly recommend if you have a Tesla and have issues with alignment, N2itive parts is the way to go, definitely contact RCA
Yes, is far up north but quality is more important than distance.

I brought my g37 here about a year ago for simply airbag suspension installation and expecting to only spend 1000. They called me saying my differential was leaking and I gave them the go ahead to replace it not knowing that they were going to keep adding stuff later on. They then call days later saying they "highly recommend" I say yes for them to install extenders for the suspension and again I said yes. Another few days later they call and tell me my brake caliper is leaking and they can't run a test drive for the alignment because it's a "recipe for disaster". I had my brake calipers powder coated a year prior and had no issues with my brakes up to that point but I gave them the go ahead. This whole process took more than 3 weeks.I spent more than 4000 on stuff I wasn't even expecting on a vehicle with only 50k miles. Never again doing business with them. Using sweet words to manipulate customers. But its my fault for being gullible enough to accept all their recommendations. This week I sent my car to omega Auto service in elgin to have the bags un-installed and go back to stock. It only took 1 day and no unwanted or unexpected repairs

The guys at RCA took the time to answer my questions and teach me about the wheels and tires on my Tesla. I was looking for a winter set of tires for my car. They come stock with 20” wheels with summer tires. With their knowledge and insight I was able to get into an 18” wheel that fit my performance brakes but let me have more options and a better ride. Adam, Andrew, Raul and the rest of the team are knowledgeable, and they have competitive prices that match or beat the big chains. Looking forward to the next visit to RCA.

Ordered coilovers and these guy had a great price and expert advice. Installed them myself and boy does my Lexus GS ride better than new. I was looking for a smaller wheel gap and more aggressive but stock feeling shocks. My application was not listed for the coilovers so they verified with the manufacturer that I could use GS350 coilovers. Looking to do my son's 2006 GS300 as it is the same body/frame type.

ordered a shifter with clear picture of what i wanted , they totally sent wrong one.. took over a week getting it. there should be no problem of getting something fro anyone in US in 3 days . i missed 3days of work and got wrong shifter , thanks guys
