For nearly a decade, I've been purchasing Timberland boots for work. Recently, I was recommended to try Red Wing and was told about their Orto insoles. I decided to give them a try, and I am thoroughly impressed. Despite being a small store, they have a great selection of high-quality boots and other accessories like gloves and belts. While they were quite pricey (close to $300 for a pair of boots with special insoles for flat feet), I am happy with my purchase so far. The boots feel great. I would like to give the store and the boots 5 stars for their quality and exceptional customer service. In six months' time, I will update this review to reflect how the boots have held up in my work environment

The moment I walked in I was greeted by this beautiful employee who asked me what I was looking for and assisted me every way of the process. In all honesty, I wanted to look at boots but I got lost in her eyes and I was sold on the quality of the boots and the comfort. I was helped out with everything from sizing, style, comfort, to specific need.

I've been wearing Wolverine, Timberland & CAT steel toe boots for over a decade, and these are by far the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. The staff were very helpful and the foot measuring system helped me pick the perfect boots for my arches and weight distribution.

Came in on a Saturday evening just before closing time and was helped by Ariana. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and requests. She did not make us feel rushed at all even though it was a couple of minutes past closing time. She also told us about all the complimentary services offered if you purchase work boots here! There are amazing perks to buying here! Would totally recommend anyone to check them out! This five star review is for the great quality of their boots, wonderful complimentary perks they offer, and the amazing service provided in their store by Ariana. Thank you!!

Small shop, great attention to the customer. Questions answered. First boot option not available in my size, immediate look up for same model diff color and offered to order the original option selected. Was comfortable with the darker boot, same model, tried them on, was informed of all the options, re-sole options, complimentary stitch fixes, etc. great experience.

It was a great experience as always, this is my third set of RedWings and this was by far the best experience. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two sales reps. But I was helped by Ariana, she answered all my questions I had from all the products I was interested in. My foot was measured once again and was fitted to the boot I was looking for although it wasn’t in stock she immediately jumped on the computer and ordered it for. I was also informed on that my boots were delivered.

Love this boot place and I don't shop here for myself. I buy my husband's work boots here and it is simple. You have a range of 100 to 250 for boots and shoes. I always buy Irish setter and they last him a long time. Staff here is super friendly and helpful.

I always enjoy wearing Red Wings boots and insoles. There is great history in Red Wings dedication to the working people. It’s reflected in the quality comfort and protection of the product. Worth the money, you get what you pay for.
