This shop deserves a negative review due to the rude behavior of both the owner and staff. I recently went there to get a laptop box for shipping my office laptop, and they tried to charge me ₹150, while I found the same box for just ₹30 at Riddhi Sidhhi on Main Road. Their prices for all items are consistently inflated. The arrogance of the staff and owner is unacceptable, and this shop should be shut down. They're overcharging people in the Ratu Road area. On previous visits, I went to buy an external SSD and a mouse, only to find that their prices are much higher than other stores in Ranchi. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Not at all good not a good service. They usually not do anything on time just delayed my work day by day, and when I went to take the laptop they took out the parts and said "koi bana dega to boleyea banaye." Parts chota sa hoga to gir gaya hoga kahi humko kayse pata". They are just irresponsible now for that small defect in my laptop I have to pay 2-3 times more. If they couldn't do the work they should not take new. Horrible experience . Think twice before going to them for any of the work .
