I have been to Team Aquatics before. Every time the service is excellent. Today the service was exceptional. The woman working was very patient and allowed me to try on several suits to ensure I had the right suit and the right fit and she helped me pick the right warming jacket. You don't get the same quality of service and quality of products at other stores. Thank you so much!

I went in to buy some goggles and the staff member there was so patient and helpful. I tried on about 20 different pairs and found one that fit so well.

I had bought a pair on Amazon before coming in thinking I could get away with that. Nope! They did not fit my face properly and I am going to give them away. Nothing beats going in and trying before you buy. Team Aquatic has so many different goggles and you can try them all on.

When I need my next swimsuit or pair of goggles I will definitely be back!! Keep up the wonderful work and thank you for providing such great quality items and service.

EDIT: the owner reached to remedy my situation and was very accommodating and helpful to find proof of purchase and proceed with an exchange for a similarly priced pair or the difference on a more expensive pair if that's what fit best. I was able to get good education to pick a pair of goggles, how to maintain them, and I just walked out with an excellent pair which I hope will last a long time! Courteous and helpful, I truly appreciated how they followed up to resolve my issue, demonstrate their professionalism and how they stand behind their products/staff work.

Initial review:
I was initially happy with my experience and purchases. Got some good goggles to replace my cheap broken pair, and a couple more articles for drills. I didn't find a swimsuit that worked for me but the staff were helpful.

My disappointment comes from the fact that I went to this store for professional support in choosing the equipment I needed and I left with goggles too big for me... They constantly allow water into one eye because the fit is wrong and I would have expected - at a specialized store - for the salesperson to advise me on something like that given they helped me try them on and I was asking questions to find a suitable pair, not have racoon eyes, and how to care for them. I'm not a professional swimmer, but these expensive goggles are useless to me and the size (bridge between the eyes) seems like a basic thing to advise on and bring to a client's attention to determine good fit.

I'll be buying my next pairs at Decathlon. There's no point paying 3x the price if I walk out with a pair of goggles NOT my size following their staff advice.
