I came here to celebrate with family for my birthday! Upon arrival staff helped accompany my father in his wheelchair which when getting seated is so appreciated to the group. First things first our waiter was 10/10 Brock giving us unlimited refills, restocking of beautiful, crisp, hot fresh delicious rolls, after buttering those up we went right into Kicking things off with an appetizer we had the avocado egg rolls which were a 10/10 4 dipping sauces for 4 different rolls. I ordered the chicken bang bang chicken and shrimp!? Mouth watering, savory, and generously proportioned I was in heaven. After the meal Happy birthday was sung to me following a hot fudge Sunday with a candle ?️ 10/10 delicious warm chocolate drizzle mixed in with festive sprinkles. My folks ordered the infamous cheesecake: Red velvet flavor and a fruit flavored cheesecake. This was a wonderful memory made with a great service and location. Thanks again to our waiter and experience! ✨?️

Ordered a salad to go, got home and the dressing is bad. I think it might be rotten, it looked weird but I still tasted it and it didn't taste right. What a shame to pay $12 for a salad I can't eat

In my scale of rating, four stars means I really liked it, but I'm not craving it.
We made reservations for an early dinner and the timing was fantastic. There's always a wait here and by the time we left, there was no seating in the waiting area. We were seated quickly. Our waiter Mauricio was great! Service was quick. Food was very tasty and very filling. They have an expansive menu, which is sure to have something for everyone. Portions are plentiful. Dessert is amazing!!
So why don't I crave the cheesecake factory if everything is so good?
We don't go here often because of the expense and this time was higher than in the past. We even drank water and our ticket was $120 before tip for two entrees, two appetizers, two desserts. We come here on special occasions and will be back, but not soon or often.
It's really good, but I know better places for less cost. That's my only critique.

Great desserts.

Atmosphere/ambiance: It’s a little noisy. Busy , just like downtown SLC. Wait time was 30-50 minutes at 5:30p on a Saturday.
Dinner Prices: $16-$60.
Great service! Service was prompt. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was tasty and delicious! I gave ‘food’ a 4 only because I thought the portions were just a little small and the price of each plate was $3-5 too high.
We ordered the chicken madeira (supposedly one of the most popular dishes) and sesame ginger chicken. I would DEFINITELY order those again. Then we had the caramel turtle and the mango key lime cheesecakes. Just what I wanted - tart and filling.

Food was terrible and overcooked. This is the 3rd time I’ve ate here (because I was invited out) and I’m not gonna lie food is very mediocre every time. The only thing that’s spot on is the cheesecake. I sent my food back after the pic. The menu has way too many items I always feel like that’s a red flags. We had a party of 10 4 entrees were overcooked. The water was good lol. I wish I could be more positive I’m just being honest. I will be refusing invites to this place unless it’s specifically for cheesecake only/

Until last night, I'd never been disappointed with the food here. Had the Oriental chicken salad. Tasted fine but the chicken was so dry I couldn't choke it down. Appetizers were great and the service was OUTSTANDING. Will go back, just won't order a salad.
