I ordered The Caregivers 2 painting over a month ago. It was supposed to be a birthday present. I've checked on the status at least 3 times with promises it should be mailed out within the week. Last call the tech told me Charles was on vacation and he just got back, h
ence is why there has been a delay in shipping. Over a month later and I'm still waiting. My boyfriend thinks I'm lying about his present still being mailed. He is now calling me cheap because he thinks I lied about getting him a gift for his birthday. Thanks Collection Shop. Not even a gesture of good faith for making me wait this long. No money back, no coupons off the next sale, no care in the world. Last painting I ever order from them.

They Shipped through UPS - Signature Required. UPS will not schedule deliveries so we would have to miss work to receive the delivery. Let's assume that people buying this sort of thing have jobs. Our only option was to have it delivered to another city's pick-up center for an additional fee. My husband went to pick it up and they wouldn't give it to him because although his name is on the PayPal account, the delivery name is mine. I called The Collection Shop who couldn't care less and basically are only interested in their convenience, not the customer who paid to have it delivered to their house not have to pay an extra to make two trips to another city to get it.

EXACTLY WHAT THE LAST REVIEWER STATED!! HORRIBLE!!!! ORDERED A FIGURINE AS A PRESENT AND A WEEK LATER I CALL TO GET AN UPDATE AND THEY CANT LOCATE THE PIECE! THAT INFORMATION WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW! PLUS THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE!!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF MONKEYS. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
