I went to this shop directly after having a bad experience at another one down the street. This shop was professional, knowledgeable, and just what I needed. Had what I want at a reasonable price. No annoying pretty young girls who know nothing about cannabis pretending to flirt for tips. I will definitely be back to this shop.

Sad to give 1star . But it's not all syndicate locations, it's this location only. I have been a loyal customer for syndicate since their first store opened in SFV and then once I moved to Menifee, I only shopped at their Lake Elsinore location. As loyal as it comes. Syndicate has always been great to me, except when I shop at this location. This location seems like is ran by the wrong employees. I never felt welcomed as I did in every other location. I had been piling up the point system syndicate had in place for about 7 years. Apparently, they had a software update which made all those points disappear. I had no idea. I came and got something 3 days prior to them changing this software and purchased something. Ironically, I asked the employee about my points, which she replied it's about 6000 points at this time and you can just keep piling it up like you had been doing. So I didn't use any points. Until today when I came here again, I found out there is a new software, I asked about the points if they have been moved over, which the employee said no unfortunately they have been wiped. I was in disbelief, I then asked why the employee didn't tell me nothing when I asked about my points 3 days prior to you guys having a software update and actually told me I can just keep piling up? To which he replied " well we had signs put up everywhere and you should have looked". To me this is very unprofessional . Why wouldn't she tell me that I will lose all my points in 3days and I can just keep piling up and didn't tell me anything about the points being wiped despite me asking about my points?! Normal thing would have been that they informed me when I was there 3 days prior to losing 7 years worth of points. The guy employee today, not only didn't show empathy or even apologized, but he made it seem like it was my fault saying " we literally had signs everywhere and you should have looked" and just walked away from me. I can't believe it. This is not good customer service at all. I don't understand how and why I wasn't told my points will be wiped out. Then today when I asked this from the employee, I got told that it's my fault for not seeing the sign . What a way to treat a loyal customer like me! Management should look into this crew if they do care. Unbelievable. I won't shop syndicate again. Very unprofessional customer service

Went in because they had certain products i found online and wanted to buy, i called in advance to get them on hold, when i went in i looked at some flower got what i called for and left, checked order as i walked out and one of the products i purchased was advertised as something different, the budtender did not recall my order as she rung it up, so when i was helped by a manager she was extremely rude right upfront and was even complaining about me as she walked up to help me, and then when she did find a solution she acted as if it was a pain for her to do, i ended up leaving with what i purchased but upper management needs to check her customer service, i wasn't rude at all and it was a mistake that this shop made, yet i was treated as if I caused a problem

False advertising. No eighths for $2. You must spend $40 or more. 1st time deal, you have to spend $10. Too expensive. I will never return here. I do not recommend

Just moved here from Texas. There are so many other places to try. Horrible management. And customer service they can’t even price product correctly. , and then make you out to be the problem. Just because you’re a weed shop doesn’t mean you should operate like you’re high all the time it’s sad. They lie to you and then make fun of you. My advice try other places they don’t care about their customers.

The weed is literally trash, everything is 30% or higher THC levels and will get you blasted to the moon. Goodbye are the days of a relaxed high. When shops like this literally sell you legal crack, stay away.
