Lauren and Donna were absolutely fabulous! Donna was super friendly and helpful both when she reached out to me to schedule my appointment and once I arrived at the facility. And Lauren was absolutely amazing! I've had troubles with MRIs in the past and Lauren made this experience the best I've ever had for an MRI. She made me feel completely at ease, communicated very well, and was very professional. She even went out of her way to let me come in a few days before my appointment to help make me feel comfortable with the process that I had to go through for the MRI. That made all the difference in the world for me. Thank you so much Lauren! The entire experience and staff at this location were fantastic!!

I highly recommend Touchstone. Not even 30 minutes after leaving my doctor’s office with a referral, they were already in touch to pre-screen and schedule an appointment. My insurance was dragging their feet with the approval and I was contacted several times with a status update. They gave me exactly what I’d owe well before the appointment and it was shockingly affordable. This was by far the most efficient imaging experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out in 30 minutes and never had to wait. The tech was amazing, explained everything, made me feel comfortable. Seriously amazing facility. Skip the hospitals and go here!!

In a moment when I was in pain, they recognized that, and kept my wife up to date on how I was doing. They got the results turned around quickly allowing me to get the help I needed quickly. If I could give a negative star review I would. I had to get an MRI. I had them run my insurance before my appointment to see how much I would pay out of pocket using my insurance and what I would pay if I did patent pay. The lady I spoke with after talking with my insurance company stated it would be slightly less using insurance. I payed the amount owed at the office. I then get a bill for an additional charge. The company lies what the price is. Then the billing department managers argue with you and never call back after they said they would. I have been calling and fighting this for months. Also you want to know why your insurance is so expensive these days because most doctors and dr offices will charge more than double to the insurance to squeeze more money out of them for the exact same thing. They charged insurance $1800 for an MRI. Yet if I did self pay its around $700. FOR THE EXACT SAME THING. I would never tell anyone to go to this company. Everyone I spoke with was rude and unhelpful.

4.5 ☆. Overall great experience for my first MRI scans. The vibrations of the machine were triggering the pain in my back a litte unfortunately, though the staff was quite hospitable, attentive & easy-going, leading to a relaxed safe feeling environment

Touchstone in Castle Rock had the wide bore MRI system plus the technician, Lauren, helped me avoid claustrophobia with head phone music, blanket, wash cloth over my eyes and letting me know each picture and how long for each. Put me at ease. Very much appreciated.

Donna up front was positive and very professional enduring my irritation at my co-insurance owed at time of service that had changed from just two months ago. Appreciated her maintaining her composure when I wasn’t and was being difficult. Top notch office, and technician.

I agree with Felicia below though regarding the upfront payment. I argued quite a bit that I don’t pay until it goes through insurance and based on the EOB. I will probably go to another imaging place in the future because of this practice. I don’t think it is legal and they do this so they get their payment without regard to the burden on patients. If they are wrong which does happen I have overpaid and will have to wait for a refund. We have insurance and we should be able to wait until it is determined by insurance what we owe. They wouldn’t even take the $100 that was my copay previously. They wanted $150. I will probably be owed $50. So they are holding my money when I could be using it.
