Overall it’s spacious and has variety
There are offers going on most of the times .Even ac was off when we went this time which was very suffocating
Staff is polite & helpful
It’s sometimes crowded
Billing counter is a bit slow take time getting bills done .
Otherwise its good overall
But same can be found on ajio at lesser prices

Lack Service and do have resources that require immediate training of what they have in store. The staff at the counter is rude and needs to learn some soft skills. Good range of products and quality stuff

Huge store Ground plus One...good options...or should I say too many to choose from the store has a huge lot of inventory stuffed everywhere from corners to dressing rooms etc..the staff was good but could use more of a hands on approach....thank you for a nice experience 🙂

My recent visit to Reliance Trends in Mira Road left me thoroughly disappointed. I ventured in with the intention of taking advantage of their advertised offer: "buy 2 get 50% off" on jeans. However, upon selecting two pairs and proceeding to the cashier counter, I was informed that the jeans I had chosen did not qualify for the discount, despite being displayed in the section marked with the offer.

What added to the frustration was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Instead of addressing the issue with tact and respect, they engaged in an argument and displayed a lack of training in customer service.

As a customer, I expect transparency and integrity in advertised offers, along with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, my experience fell short on both fronts. It's disheartening to encounter such discrepancies and disrespect as a patron.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Reliance Trends to improve their communication, training, and overall customer experience. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment and must rate it one star.

2. And once the local building resident broke my car mirror because it was parked in front of the trends shop

Very old collection. Hard to find new collections in store.
Employees are more comfortable in doing their work rather in helping the customer and one needs to find to ask for any help.
